Selecting the game
The first section is where you choose the game you played.
Important: you can only select base games, not expansions.
If the game isn't on BoardGameGeek, you can create it as a prototype from the search — see the Prototypes guide.
Expansions
After choosing the base game, you can indicate which expansions you used in the play by selecting them from the list.
Variants
You can also indicate the variants you used (for example board sides, game modes, etc.).
Variants are community-driven: you can add the ones that are missing, and those confirmed by multiple users become available to everyone.
